Troubleshoot Guide

Disconnect from the power source and reconnect after 30 seconds.
Remove the charging connector (charging gun) from your EV and plug it back in with both hands steadily, and make sure the BLACK button on the top of the charging connector is lifted up fully.

Most of today's homes now use circuit breakers to offer control and protection to individual circuits, a overloaded circuit is the most common reason for a circuit breaker tripping.

Requires Dedicated 240 V 50 Amp Breaker for charger at 40A output, Dedicated 240V 40 Amp breaker for 32A output, Dedicated 240V 30 Amp breaker for 24A, Dedicated 240/110V 20 Amp breaker for 240/110V 16A output.

If available:
Try using a different charger on the same circuit or the same charger on a separate circuit to conclude working conditions.

E.g., you can test our 16A charger using the adapter plug into a 110V service to confirm charging status.
